Day 1: Sai Gon – Long An – My Tho – Ben Tre – Cai Be (Lunch, dinner)

Escape the busy city for the rustic and mighty Mekong Delta with daily local life along the ride with stop visiting the rice fields, dragon fruit farm, farmland, crossing the local ferries and catch a stunning view Mekong Delta!

We will have a local lunch break just before arriving at My Tho boat station.

On arrival, we will take the boat cruise along the Mekong River Tien Giang and Ben Tre for with visits to the local farm land, and activities.

These local activities: coconut candy making, fish farm, bee-keeping farm, take a small rowing boat into the water canal for deeper inside the local daily life and nice palm along the waterways.

Ride to our home stay for the night with dinner at the local host. overnight stay with peaceful night time sounds!

Day 2: Cai Be -Vinh Long – Saigon (Breakfast, lunch)

You will wake up with lovely creature songs and islanders’ daily life, and get ready for a local coffee and tea while chatting with the host. 

After having breakfast, we will cycle or walk to have a local at the small local morning market on the island and observe the daily life of locals. Have local fruits or juice before cycling or walking back to the host.

Today, we will ride through the island onto Vinh Long to experience other daily life with a local ferry crossing the Mekong River.

We will keep riding the village to visit the French colonial church built in the 19 century, the traditional local house dating 18 century before we head to Saigon with the other off the beaten track ride and experience the real Vietnam.
